Returns & Exchange

We take great pride in our products and we hope you are confident and happy with ordering online.

If you find your selection is not quite what you were expecting simply contact us within 14days and we will arrange an EXCHANGE OR CREDIT only subject to the following conditions:

> Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

>The returned item/items must be unused and unworn with original tags, labels and packaging intact

> You must provide your full name and address

> You are responsible for any charges associated with the return.

To process any return or exchange of items purchased via our website please contact us via email info@chloeandmason.com.au

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and advise of approval for a credit or exchange only.

Faulty Goods:

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. Where your item is faulty, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund in accordance with applicable Australian consumer legislation. 


Sale Items:

We DO NOT issue refunds on any items purchased as a sale item.
